Q: Does Kixclusive.com sell fakes or factory variants?
No. All of our merchandise is 100% AUTHENTIC, purchased from authorized Nike, Bathing Ape, BBC and other retailers. We pride ourselves on staying true to our customers and want you to feel comfortable when making a purchase from us. We stand behind all the merchandise we sell.
Q: Does Kixclusive.com sell used or worn shoes?
No. All of our merchandise is brand new, deadstock in the original box. It is possible that some of our older shoes were previously on display in retail stores and could have some slight scuffs or yellowing on the shoes. All of these conditions will be clearly noted on the product detail page for that specific shoe.
Q: What is Kixclusive.com's return policy?
We do not issue refunds. We will exchange an item if we have made a mistake with your order. Please email us at email@example.com before mailing your purchase back to us. We will either approve or deny your request for an exchange at our discretion. If an exchange is granted, we will issue a confirmation return number that must be included in your package in order to receive your exchange. Q: When am I going to receive my order?
Most orders made before 6pm EST will be shipped out within 2 business days. There are some shoes that must be special ordered and will take approximately 7 business days to arrive. Please email us for specific shoe availability. Kixclusive uses UPS for all domestic orders unless you specify otherwise. We offer UPS Ground (3-5 business days), 3-Day Select (3 business days), 2nd Day Air (2 business days) and Next Day Air (1 business day) shipping. All shipments come with insurance and signature confirmation, meaning all packages must be signed for. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided when the order was placed. You can also check your shipment status by logging into your Kixclusive account.
Q: How do I know if the shoe I ordered is on special order?
If your order has not been shipped out within 2 business days from your order date, that means your shoes are likely on special order. In most cases, it is generally Bape shoes and newly released Jordan/Nike shoes that are on special order. Please email us for your detailed order status at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: How do I know if a shoe is out stock?
If there are no sizes listed on the product detail page next to the "Add to Cart" button, that means we are currently sold out of that shoe. We restock all of our shoes at random. Please check the Kixclusive website frequently for newly added inventory.
Q: When does Kixclusive.com charge my debit/credit card?
As soon as an order is entered through the Kixclusive website, a temporary authorization is placed on your credit/debit card to secure the funds. This does NOT mean we have charged your card. Your card will only be charged when your order has been processed and is ready for shipment. If your order is cancelled, the temporary authorization is removed and no charges will post to your account. Depending on your debit/credit card issuing bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the hold to be released and the funds to be returned to your card.
Q: What are Kixclusive.com's shipping costs?
Normally, shipping is $12.00 for one pair of shoes. Your exact shipping charge will be calculated during the checkout process. We do offer combined shipping for multiple pairs based on the order total.
Q: Does Kixclusive.com have a physical store or customer service phone number?
We are located at 288 Mulberry Street, New York, NY 10012. Our phone number is (646) 344-1172. Our store hours are from 1pm to 8pm Monday - Saturday and 12pm to 7pm on Sunday.
Q: What method of payment can I use to make an order?
Kixclusive.com currently accepts three forms of payment:
1. Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Discover (Debit/Credit Cards) - Kixclusive provides its customers with the utmost security when using debit or credit cards to make a purchase. We use a Secure Payment Gateway, PayPal and a Rapid Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to ensure customers that their personal information is kept private.
2. PayPal - PayPal gives you the option to make a purchase using all major credit cards, bank account, or E-Check. Your PayPal account must have a confirmed address in order for your order to be processed.
3. Money Order - Your order will not be shipped until we have received your payment. Please mail all money orders in U.S. Dollars to Kixclusive; 288 Mulberry St - Bottom Unit; New York, NY 10012; USA. NO PERSONAL CHECKS!
Q: If I live outside of the U.S. can I still purchase from Kixclusive.com?
Yes, we accept international orders in addition to domestic. However, we require that payment is made with PayPal (Confirmed Address), Western Union or International Money Order. NO INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS!
