Kixclusive does not accept returns on any product unless a mistake was made on our part. If you feel we have made a mistake with your order, please email us at support@kixclusive.com before mailing your purchase back to us. We will give you a confirmation return number that must be included in your package in order to receive your refund. We will refund your money back, excluding return shipping, if we find an error was made on our part.
